suspension woes
hello all,
I bought my 02 w/ koni yellow dampers and kgmm? springs. The car sits about 20mm lower than OEM. Unfortunately the car is now a vacuum cleaner and the rear camber is killing the insides of the rear tires. I get about 1500 miles per rear tire set.
I want to install the OEM springs back in to get more clearance and bring the camber more neutral.
When I stacked the OEM next to each other, one pair is 5mm higher than the other 2. Which is front/rear?
Also, how long does this job take to swap back to normal springs (I will keep the koni dampers), and any suggestions/tips/special tools required?
THANKS!!!

Why didn't you just go and have your car aligned after installing the springs? There shouldn't be any reason why you wouldn't be able to dial it in properly. Make sure you ask the place if their alignment rack is able to align a lower car.
The larger diameter spring should go in the rear.
You'll need to go to Auto Zone and rent a set of spring compressor tools. You may need an impact wrench. It also helps to have a friend. If you've never done it before, it will take you about and hour per wheel.
Like I said, keep the springs, go have it aligned properly, and you'll love it.

i like the height, but it's my daily driver and it's just too dangerous.
The fender liners are ripped out and other small guards are missing.
I've hit almost everything and it's hard to go over driveways w/o scraping.
I bought it used and it came with the konis and lowered springs.
Anybody else experience this?
