Default Switched battery terminals

So I think I might have messed something up yesterday. It was getting dark and I was in a rush. I put the battery back in to raise up my soft top after selling my hardtop and I put the negative terminal (-) on the positive (+) part on the battery and visa versa for the positive terminal. Both sparked and the car alarm went off. Decided to take it out and leave it alone after realizing that I did that.

I hooked it up correctly today. Nothing turns on. Key fob won't unlock. I put the keys in the ignition to the on position and nothing lights up. I tried searching here and online. All I really read is that I could've blown a fuse?

What's your guys input? Did I mess up pretty bad? Anything I can do? Is the battery compromised?

If you're lucky the fuse protected everything. If you're unlucky, you're ****ed.

check all the fuses under hood and also on the drivers kick panel and pray for the best.

Check fuses, also check the battery itself before you go spending any money.

I've done the same thing before in another honda. All it does is blow a big fat fuse. Replaced the fuse and had no issues. The fuse was under the hood and was about an inch square, and if I remember right it was screwed or bolted down rather than just having blades that slide in.

Yea, you either blew a bunch of fuses or one big fat fuse. Check under the hood in your fuse box let us know how you make out.
