Taillight Problem
Almost 2 weeks ago I had the taillight recall performed by Honda. Just yesterday I noticed a problem with some of the taillights. Now, I cannot say for 100% certain that these problems didn't exist before nor can I say if they occurred immediately after the recall was fixed by Honda. It's just not something I'd normally notice. However, it seems a coincidence that I did notice it shortly after they performed the recall fix.
There were two issues one easy to fix and the other a bit of mystery. The first problem I noticed was that the small light that comes on the side taillight when you turn on your headlights or use the key fob, on the passenger side, was not working. That one was easy as the problem appeared to be the bulb which I replaced. The second problem, however, I have not been able to fix. Your brake light also comes on when you turn your headlights on and it flashes when you use the key fob. That light failed to work for the headlight or key fob on the driver side of the car. However, the light works fine for the brake. It looks to me that there is only one bulb there, so that cannot be the problem. I would guess that it's a wiring issue, but I want to get some opinions of what this could be and if the recall fix could have caused this.
TIA.

Nevermind. I am an idiot. In the shower this morning the "bright" idea occurred to me that perhaps the bulb had two filaments.....
Next time I'll refrain from posting until after I take a shower.
