Default TCT the same as Cam Chain Auto-Tensioner?

i was looking on Hardtopguy and saw Cam Chain Auto-Tensioner and wanted to know if it was the same as the TCT???Thanks...

the am chain and the timing chain are the same thing. replacing it is easy, taking it off and compressing it is not.

What's the likelihood that I'm going to drop the holding pin into the engine when I go to pull it out and release the piston on the tensioner?

if your doing it there is a high likelihood but seriously when you pull the plug out the pin is right there to grab with needle nose pliers.
