Mugen is a bit more expensive, but I don't doubt that the Mugen is also a bit better suited to S2000 handling improvement. I don't know of Tein quality, but I wouldn't worry one bit about Mugen's quality and craftsmanship.

The two top choices I would consider is either the Tein Coilovers or the Zeal B6 Coilovers. Tein is an awesome company in which their coilovers are held in high esteem.

The only thing bad about tein is that when the shock is blowen, you have to replace the whole thing you can 't just buy the shock. I would recommmend, H&R or bilstein suspension kit.

Which Teins? The HA's are painted (poorly) and rust... I've seen it in person. I think they make a more "race" version that's all anodized Al.

Other than that, the quality on the HA's are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate using them, but I'd carry a can of WD40 with me (and use it liberally).

Teins are rebuildable! It says so on their website...http://www.tein.co.jp/wtein2e.html Under the heading..."Maintaining High Technology Standards as a Suspension Manufacturer" When my brother and I purchased our RA's we were told that Tein USA is going to est. a rebuilding facility at their head office in Cali. sometime this summer!
