test pipe question
seat of the pants: i feel a bit of d'frence in the upper revs. however, the GAS MILEAGE is suffering (gonna be < 200 miles on this tank) cuz i'm w0mping on the gas every chance i get just to the hear the fartcan exhaust ...
the smell doesn't really bother me even w/ the top down. then again, i haven't really sat in traffic so far. my miata's test pipe was only $50, and i really think these pipes are wayyy too expensive for the product. but at least it's a bolt on and these are Stainless Steel...

the test pipe is just another part of the exhaust. it's just has no cat. keep in mind though, the test pipe is ILLEGAL. you dont need a ECU for the test pipe, but if you want your car to gain as much hp as it can, then you might want to get the ecu.
