i cant find the thermostat housing (i have changed many back in my civic days) but can find it on my s2k. i have an ARC lower temp thermostat that i want to swap out soon ive seen slight write ups on how to do it but none actually help or have pictures any help!

Do it from under the car. you dont need to disconnect the hose. Just pull two bolts and move it aside.
