Default Think I spun a bearing

Just reverted the car back to stock and had it tuned with aem ems. Taking it hard after a few runs, I noticed the engine lost power around 8900 rpms and the had low oil pressure after decel. Idle it was 8-10 . Crusing it was 30-40. I ended up driving it to a safe spot for a tow truck to pick it up. The car sounds like a piece of metal is bouncing around. Also noticed a oil puddle by the tranny. Haven't jacked up the car but that's where the low oil pressure can be coming from if something came out of the block.

Car had close to full oil. So no oil starvation.

What are my next steps? I have a mechanic I can call to check the issue but if it is bad as I described above, should I just get a used motor?

My car has 158k miles. Original motor.

If you need further details or info, please let me know.

Here is the video of how the car sounds. Couldn't find a hole in the block but somethig must be causing the oil pressure to be lower than normal/leak.

First thing....stop running the engine!

Pull valve cover see if anything is bouncing around. Next you can try and bore scope the cylinders if you have the right tools.

Best bet is get it to a good shop and pull it apart. Might be time to re-build.

I checked the plugs, all looked good.

I will pull the valve cover and oil pan to see if I see anything wrong.

Checked valve cover, no issues on top. Everything looks normal. I will take off the oil pan and header this week to see if I notice anything noticeable.

Does anyone have a guess on what could have caused this if it wasn't a low oil issue?

Question. Have you upgraded your Banjo Bolts and Sprayers? If not then there is your answer! There was a TSB on this.

* 158K miles Original Motor.....2000 year built......super charged......with 14 PSI. I don't think much else needs to be said no matter your answer to the question above.

FYI: It matters not if you have a full pain of oil.......if it's not being distributed correctly.
