The only time I hear this tick noise is when I'm sitting in the car. It's there on cold starts and warm start but goes away when I rev it to over 2500 rpm and then comes back after a few seconds of idle.

Any help is appreciated?

Also it's not rpm sensitive doesn't get faster or slower from idle to 2500 but goes away after 2500rpm. It's there with both heat and ac on or off. Clutch pedal pressed or not

How many miles are on the car, Also when is the last time you have gotten a valve adjustment?

 

32785 miles I'm doing a valve adjustment in a couple of weeks. I just check my oil it's right at the bottom of the full line so I'm going to add a little oil and see if that helps too.
