I just had this replaced by my honda dealer in november, and once again I am getting the noise. What is going on here, is there a flaw or defect in this part from Honda. Anyone run into this? This time around Im going to replace it myself, after my horrible experience with my dealer (dented my car, stole my gas card, and denied it all, and now the noise is back!).

PS - anyone have the link to the do it yourself thread on this, i read it before but i never saved it, never thought i would need it this quick.

I did mine and it was a breeze. Just make sure the motor is cool.
