Default Tips on a spare tire jack, wrench, tools set

I was looking around the spare tire and couldn't find any trace of a jack, lugnut wrench, or anything at all to help me change a flat tire. Great. Should I order one from Honda or are there some nicer aftermarket sets that I might as well get.

on the floor of the trunk, in the deep area, lift the carpeted panel. It'll all be under there. If not, get some from some of the part out threads you see in the classifieds and for sale section

There doesn't seem a way to lift the floor of the trunk w/i taking apart the whole thing. ;-( Anyone have a pic?

if the bottom of your trunk is more rounded and not flat the tools and such are gone.

you would have seen it if it was there, so it is likely missing. As you can't use the spare tire on the rear carry a can of fix a flat, and get rid of the spare tire. If you want to carry something to remove the tires use a 19mm socket and a medium sized 1/2 inch ratchet. Ditch the rest of it. Too bad your tow hook is likely missing as well, it's nice to have.

Yup, it's pretty round down there. Darn. Curious why they didn't put the tools inside the spare. Seems like plenty of room for one of those notched tool inserts inside the donut wheel well.

You can buy parts from Honda here:

The trim piece that goes on top of the tools is here:

if you want a set, go to the want to buy forum and put a post up to buy the entire tools kit. Make sure to get the foam carrying tray and the carpeted cover tray if you don't have that piece. There is the jack, jack handle, tow hook and one other metal piece I believe. It's the cheapest place to buy such a kit if you can find a used set. The dealer will murder you on that one.
