For some reason about a week ago, the top on my car does not seem to be clamping down to the extent that it should be. It is still sealed (fortunately), but it is causing a lot of noise from the wind catching the edge of the top along the windshield. I am not exactly sure how this could have occurred considering that I havent even opened the top in 6 weeks (NY weather). Anyone know if there is an adjustment on the top mechanism, the clamps, or the alignment of the top that would resolve this? Wish I had a service manual!

Go to your dealer and tell them you want hard top strikers. I got them on my car and the noise went away.

Have you had the striker update done? if not go get it done at the dealer. It has the updated (hardtop) strikers and will get rid of your noise.
