Top down, not all the way
Hey guys, well I recently installed modifrys straps and did the whole office flooring hole fix thing that is supposed to stop wear to the top. I did this about 2k miles ago.
Anyway When i put my top down i hold it till it stops and makes a nice squish noise, but doesnt seem to go down as far as it used to.
Anything I should check out having to do with this problem or take out the rubber stuff in my top?? Thanks

That bar that the straps pull on should always be held back by hand when lowering the top. Even the straps don't pull that bar tight enough to allow the top to lower properly.
I teach this to all my customers, so they don't have top issues.
This applies to all s2ks, right up to 2007 cars that are brand new.
