Any idea whats going on here. I have tried loosening and pulling no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

Aftermarket top?

It looks to me like some of the holes at the bottom that attach to the rain rail may have been torn or stretched.

Did you install it or was it installed by someone else? Like steven said, you might want to check the rivets to see if they were done correctly and the material isn't damaged. Are you getting any water leakage?

Yes it's aftermarket. I did it myself. Thanks for the help. I will check rain rail. I no water leakage.
