Default Torque Settings?

I know I should have it, but I dont and wondering if someone can help me out

I just switched out my banjo bolts (thanks s2ki FAQs!) and im putting everything back together. (i cant get it all back together till tomarrow, waiting for a different oil pan)

couple questions.
The "shield" thats just under the crank, it uses like 8 10mm bolts. Whats there torque setting?
And whats the correct proceedure for putting on the oil pan? I have the gasket shit from Honda, but is there a particular order for putting the 25ish bolts back in? what are their torque settings?

Thank you very much.
I know I need a manual... im getting one soon.

Yes, there is a sequence. Since the pan is aluminum, the torque won't be much. No, I don't have my manual in the house.
