tranny noises

I have the third noise, the one with the clutch in and out. I'm wondering what it is as well - had the clutch changed and i think it happened since then or before then (only just noticed it when the clutch was a few hundred k's old).
The throwout bearing was replaced and another one, spigot or something?

im going to change the input shaft bearings , (there 2 of them so i was told) number 17 ans 18, in the diagram.
