Damn that sucks. What kind of noise is it? How much power do you think your putting down? If youy could give some details on how and what happened, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I was in a friends S2000 a few days before his dif blew up and it sounds exactly like what you are describing!

Looks like a comptech strengthening mod and Kaaz dif are in your near future....

I am the peep Jenner is talking about. Though I heard no noise per-se but more of a vibration! Well only after the diff went boom!

I had a shaking of the rear end...........same shake as the inner CV joint going bad. Though I think you are on the cusp of having your diff go boom too!!!! Don't do any long drives far from home.

I would suggest you get the car to the Honda Dealership while you still can. If you don't have AAA get it!

I have heard of diffs getting really loud before they went and some that just WENT no "noise".

Very sorry to hear about your catastrophe ESZ. An axle, tranny, and probably the dif........
What a pain in the pooter. Man, were the tires glued to the pavement or what? Sounds like you really hooked up! Hope you aren't to distressed by the setback. Hope you find the drivetrain strength your gonna need for that monster! Feel for ya man. Luck!

ravenwerk- thanks for the kind words. I am going to install another stock tranny. However, I will be on the lookout for a beefier setup.
