Currently using Specialty Formulations MTL-P.
With good results so far.
If that new Honda MTF is available here I might try that next time.

Redline MTL. Been using it for years. No more 1-2 grind (also comes with seat time in this car) and limited the notchiness.

Try it, you'll like it too.

Using GMSMFM with good results now, but bought two bottles of the new Honda MTF for next fill.

I've been using the Redline MTL for over a year now, flushed it twice. Much smoother shifting. I used it in my GSR Integra and it made such a difference!

Normal MTF here. Change every track day...+ - 2 months time each.

Honda reformulated their MTF fluid recently. Couple threads floating around about it. I have switched to it and as others have stated, you get better cold shifting and less notchiness. I am not talking like "holy crap I cant believe this stuff" but compared to the previous stuff, it feels better. I should also state that I change my tranny fluid more on the frequent side. If you havent changed yours in 30k, the improvement may be more noticeable. I will probably try the GM stuff next time around just for the sake of being able to compare the two.
