Default Trouble heel toe downshifting into 3rd and 2nd

I have a my00 with 109k on it and it has been performing flawlessly up until recently. I'm having trouble heel toe down shifting into 3rd and 2nd gear but up shifts seem to be ok. I'm also having trouble getting out of gear when rolling to a stop. Does this sound like new clutch or synchros? I also noticed that my clutch master cylinder fluid was a little bit low but I topped it off and it got a LITTLE bit better. I also changed my m/t fluid with new honda fluid. Any ideas?

Is it only when you rev match or downshifting in general?

It's hard for me to downshift without rev matching so I'll have to try tomorrow. It just feels so unnatural to go ahead and throw it into 3rd or 2nd without rev matching.

It happens only when I rev match(heel toe).

3rd to 2nd.. you got to give it GAS and dont be afraid.

but fluids low usually means you need a clutch soon. kinda like brakes

That particular symptom sounds like rust on the transmission input shaft splines. If the clutch is starting to go, be sure to clean and lube the splines properly (and thoroughly) before installing the new clutch.

BTW, I'm confused, because heal/toe and rev-match are two entirely different things.

It grinds when I heel toe or rev match but not when I downshift regularly. Sorry for the confusion.

If I needed a new clutch then shouldn't it be slipping?
