Can i turbo a fresh rebuild motor right off the back or brake in motor first

 

I would talk with the engine builder and see what they recommend for the motor. If the motor is intended to be run with boost then you probably want to have some boost for the break in period. If it is just stock specs then you may want to break it in and then add boost. Your engine builder should be able to advise you on what to do.
