Default Turn signals not working

I have searched and found soooo many threads that sound exactly like my issue...none posted an answer as to what fixed the issue

that said with my headlights on my side markers are not on(the turn signal bulb, the little lower ones work), turn signals dont work but the hazards work just fine. All other items on the circut work just fine. The green lights do not blink on the dash however after the turn the signal lever will pop back in the neutral position.

fuse postion 23 is not blown, hazard switch is pluged in(cleaned button as that was stated to solve sone issues with a "sticky button" that didnt fully release.

one other issue that may or may not be related but it seems my auto dome light doesnt work. I can push the button and it comes on but the open door or always on switch is not functioning.

this all just stopped working, one day it worked now it doesnt. I feel like it may be related as i noticed them within days of eachother and i dont often drive the s at night which may explain me not noticing the switch not working

any help would be great, thanks in advance

Do S2000's have ICU's to control all that like Integras/Civics do?

I'll check my shop manual.

Signals don't appear to be controlled by an ICU in these cars.

Looking at a circuit diagram (page 22-77 in the shop manual), power w/ hazards OFF runs thru fuse 41 (100A) and 42 (40 A) in the under-hood box, to the ignition switch, then thru fuse 7 (7.5A) in the under-dash.
Hazards ON is an entirely separate source using only fuse 49 (10 A) in under-hood.

If everything works w/ hazards on I would say check fuse #7 under-dash. 41 and 42 appear to be main fuses and you would probably see more problems if one of those were bad.

If #7's good, possibly the hazard switch has gone bad. Power for the flasher relay passes through the hazard switch even w/ hazards off.
You may be able to take the switch apart and clean the contacts inside to bring it back to life, or buy a new/used one.

Doesn't look like the dome light problem would be related, diagrams don't show any common fuses or grounds between the domes and turn signals.

Clock spring is not part of the turn signal circuit.
