Default turning signal doesnt work

Just got my car back from a clutch job and a hour later I noticed that my left, right, signal does not come on when i engage it and neither does my hazards works. Theres no signal inside or outside the car. Also, I cant drop my top as well. I'm sure its two different problems that i'm dealing with. I checked both fuse boxes (in the engine bay + under stearing wheel) and they both seem to be okay.

Has anyone had a problem with this before? any help or suggestion are appreciated.

thanks.

What exactly does this mean? What did you do? Did you yank out the fuses in question and look at them carefully to see if the link is broken?
Did you check fuse #49 (10A) in the underhood panel?
Did you check fuse #7 (7.5A) in the underdash panel?
Did you check the flasher/relay in the underdash panel?

There are 3 separate fuses that have to do with the convertible top in the underdash panel and 2 fuses in the underhood panel.

Do the bulbs light when you move the stalk or hit the hazard button? If so then it's probably the flasher.

If the top also stopped working at the same time, then your mechanic probably borked something; make him fix it!

Pull the console up and plug the hazard switch in.

I'd bet they didn't plug it in when the shifter was out.

I believe the first couple hours since I bought the car back from the shop the lights were working fine. After a couple hours of driving I think I noticed a shock of some sort coming from the light/signal column, it might have been coming from elsewhere as it happened in a split second.

The console pops up in about 5 seconds. It's easier to check the hazard switch that pulling all of those fuses.

You'll hate it if I'm right.

Do what he said...
I had the same thing happen to me when I forgot to plug them back in.
No big deal.

I really appreciate everyone for helping me out.

The problem was the connection. The mechanic did not make the connection tight enough and it got loose. I dont understand y honda would put the top controls on the same series as the turning signals.. anyone know y? just curious.. everything works now.

thanks all!
