Try adjusting the tension on the belt. That's probably what it is. If it doesn't work, it's something else.

lol...no offense....but in the time it took you to post this, you could have just tried tensioning the belt.

i tried earlier to adjust the tensioner earlier maybe i wasn't doing it correctly, but i couldn't be the bolt to move
