You might double check that you have the both the front springs in the front. I accidently put a rear spring up front when I put mine in last week and ended up a little higher on that front corner. The rear springs have 1 dead coil at the bottom.

But if that is the case, wouldn't the drop on my passenger side be noticeable? I mean it would look like I'm doing a wheely on one side.

my STOCK suspension is having the same issues, except drivers side is 3/4" higher than passenger. Im about ready to slap the VISA down on some coilovers to adjust this out, its kind of annoying.
Could alignment issues cause differences in height? Ie, if one side's camber was adjusted to one extreme, and the other side to the other extreme, would the changes in suspension geometry cause a difference in ride height? At first glances perhaps, but Im no engineer so I could be farting in the wind.

Tinker, I don't think that throwing your $$ away on a set of coilovers is going to solve your problem. You may want to take the car to either your dealer or a very good alignment shop. I would guess that you either have a broken suspension part somewhere or maybe some collision damage that you don't know about.

Well, it was in an accident, so thats probably more than likely the case. Alignment specs came back within spec though(both wheels and "frame"), so not sure whats the cause of this. I have done a lot of weight reduction(No AC or any smog equip), perhaps this is the case(or is contributing to it). Came out to almost 100lbs. When I get in the car, the difference goes to 1/4". Guess I need to eat more to even the balance out :-P

My car when brand new was almost an inch higher on one side (right front) and I attributed it to spring spacers not being removed early, but as I checked I found many new cars off up to one inch.. it is more common than you think. And it changes over time because the stock springs sag eventually (some dropping a whole inch). Adjustable coilovers is the way to get even (or even better corner weight) the car.

I accidently had the rear spring on the front pass side and it made that side about a 1/2" higher than the driver side front. The springs are all the same length so its sometimes easy to mix up. Worth a double check.

I'll definitely swap them and see if it changes.

Especially if you drive alone a lot, I would figure the driver side would droop. My stocks were like 1/2 inch lower on driver side, and i only weigh 180lb.

nah man dont swap them just look for the rear springs they have a "dead coil" at the bottom. That's pretty much the only way to tell the front spring from a rear spring.

See how the rear springs have a coil that is really close to each other at the bottom near the spring perch. Thats the only way to tell the diff in front to rear.
