I have a VAFC harness (from vtecfrog), and I'd like to splice into it for my O2 simulator, however I don't want to hook up my VAFC yet. Can I use the VAFC harness without the VAFC? I'm thinking it should be OK as long as all of the VAFC connections were just splices/taps and not cuts, right?

Thoughts? Caveats?

 

You would need to jumper the MAP and VTM signals since they don't pass through the harness.

OK. That's what I was afraid of. I guess I'll go ahead and install it, and just leave all the settings flat.
