just remember, all cars are different, using his setting might not and probably won't net you the best results. You really outta put it on a dyno.

Pretty good starting place though.

Does anyone know of a good dyno shop in the DC, MD, VA area???

Check out ultra atmosphere (???) in Olde Town, Gaithersburg, I think thats the closest dyno ..... I heard there is another one in Extreme Motorsports, but I dont know where that it .....

Try and use the search function, you'll get a lot more out of it.

In short: Vtec Air/Fuel Controller - it controls VTEC and air/fuel mixture.
