anyone use this for their valve adjustment? my last one was a pain so im thinking of getting this.

I have the same too. However mine is the Snap on version. Works great.

How is this better then an offset box wrench and screwdriver? Is there something about the S2k engine compartment interferences that requires this much extension above the valve train?

Have you guys seen this valve adjusting video? He doesnt seem to use that tool, can you guys tell me if this method works?(it looks far too easy)

Snap on had Matco has these for $63. but i found one similar on Amazon for $12. by powerbuilt
