Your question deals with a SoCal specific issue. Being in that forum will get you the best reply, if there is any. I'm not sure why you would put this in here. It's a duplication and a needless one at that. Looking for a place to do this job is not in the spirit of UTH. Closing this thread but leaving it here for now.
