Default Valve adjustment?
How often should this be done? I have 53k on my car and Honda says it doesn't need to be adjusted. Are they right, or just dumb?

They need adjustment when they make excessive noise or when the owner becomes so paranoid about it, that it just MUST be done. This can happen one week after purchase or never in the lifespan of the car.

Spend the time to pull the cover off and explore the top end. They probably have tightened up btw.
