Default Valve Adjustment?

I got a valve adjustment about 1-2 months ago because my car was having a tough time idleing and i heard an excessive amount of valve tap. after the adjustment my car ran very smooth and all i could hear in the engine bay was the injectors. Well now the sometimes im having a rough idle and im hearing little soft "pops" coming from the exhaust like mini backfires. could it be the adjustment again? Im gonna take it back to honda, if its the valves would i have to pay for it again? Since they just did an adjustment about 1-2 months ago? or what else could be the problem?

It could be because of the job Honda did. maybe they didnt torque "some" of the valves right. all it takes is just one valve to mess up the whole train. and u should drive it at little as possible because u dont want the valve lash adjuster nut falling into ur crank case or anywhere in ur motor. even worse snap a valve and drop it in ur block and blow a hole in ur motor. id tow it to honda and have them work on it right away. actually im SURE thats the problem. if the valve train is off it will create misfires. and all sorts of bad stuff. ruining the timing, so on and so forth. a valve lash adjustment is a VERY precise job. u know what i mean?

Hopefully its not too bad and its not ruining the motor, ive got 120k on it and i want it to last!

k so i just got a call from honda today, and they said they checked everything as far as the valve job that was done. He said no bent valves or anything and he said it might be an injector. I have to call him back soon, cuz he wants to know if i want them to keep diagnosing the car to see whats up. can injectors cause the car to backfire or idle rough?

I would hope this would have been checked but mine did the same with a loose plug. Idled funny and had some small pops.
