Default Valve adjustment?Bent vales?

I took my car into the dealer today to get my cel checked because it threw random missfire codes. They did a compression test and the results were Cly#1 185psi,Cly#2 155psi, Cly#3 175 and #4 25psi . It does make a ticking noise but im not sure if thats the TCT or a bent valve. I dont ever recall misshifting so I dont know how it can be a bent valve. I was wondering if a valve adjustment could help, or if someone has had this problem please let me know how you fixed it!! My car is a MY2000 it has 69,2xx miles and fipk. I know this subject has been covered but I couldnt really find one that really related to mine but if you guys have any information on this problem please let me know.

Thanks!!!

Valve adjustment isn't going to save 3 cylinders.. You need a leakdown test to verify what valves are leaking or if the real seal is gone.
