Default Valve Spring / Retainers AP1

Has anyone had troubles with the AP1 stock set? I am supercharging this year and I would like to see if anyone has had troubles with the stock stuff. If they have, what type of trouble and how many miles, if they have not, how many miles on the car. I have 43,000 miles on a 2001 S2k.

Any other "for sure" upgrades at this time to insure reliability would be great.

it'll give you info about ap1 retainers vs/ ap2

Thats all i would do, just ap2 retainers.

I've also read some stuff about people recommending the updated oil jet banjo bolts if you're FI.

I would recommend the oil jet bolts to any cars that don't have them (should be any 00-01 and maybe early 02's). With FI you're just about guaranteed to kill the motor without them.

OK, so now I have read both way on the bolts... people talk about replacing them others talk about not replacing them. So I need to check my retainers and figure out if I should replace these bolts or not. So the reason to replace the bolts is only if I will be running at 120MPH+ or more for a long period of time?
