Very low compression numbers

I'm not a mechanic by any means. And my knowledge is very minimal. If ur car runs great and isn't burning access amount of oil I think ur ok. It seems like u did this test for more of a peice of mind more than anything. Now it just seems it's nipping u in the bud for doing it in the first place haha.

HF is a mixed bag. Some stuff is fine, some stuff is great, some stuff is garbage.

I went through exact sequence as you, with same results. Bought HF gauge (their most $ one), freaked for low numbers, rented from AZ, numbers were fine (but showed more variation).
