Default Vibration under acceleration... :(

Hey guys, I'm a new S2000 owner and I've got a weird vibration under acceleration only.

Car info:
2001 SSM S2000
128k miles
Other than the car obviously having an aftermarket clutch, it's completely stock. The car will be getting a 4 wheel alignment soon.

Does not vibrate when you turn, brake or in neutral. It also does not shake or vibrate while free revving.

I have searched around the forums and I read something about CV joints going bad?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

get the engine mounts and transmission, differential mounts replace. Your car have over 100,000 miles. These items need replacement unless you already done it. Have it check out, I bet they have some cracks already.

It does it at all speeds, if I drive 10mph and accelerate to 40 it does it just the same if you go from 60 to 90.

I will stick it on the lift tomorrow and inspect the mounts. Are they notorious for this kind of wear? The car is in very good condition...

He is referring to the rear inner CV joints. It's a pretty common problem.
