Default Vibration when accelerating

I feel vibration in the car when I accelerate. I have changed complete driveshafts/axles (both left and right), and I have also checked my wheels. They are fine. Tested with some other wheels as well (both sets checked to make sure the wheels are completely round, and both sets newly ballanced perfectly). There still is some shaking. The rear wheel bearings are also checked, and seems fine with no slack. This makes me think it might be a bearing somewhere between the gearbox/transmission and maybe the diff...
Is this a commen problem? Any suggestions to what it can be?

The car is a 2000 model AP1, with just about 100 000 miles/160 000km.

Is it lowered? If so, by how much?

It was originally lowered an inch. There were no shaking from the beginning, but it has been there a while now. It is a bit lower now. And the shaking is the same.

I have changed complete driveshafts/axles (both left and right),
Does this mean from inboard CV with output shaft flange to outboard CV with splines?
So everything except #5

If so.. then I donno.
If not: inboard CV.

What sort of vibe?
Up/down, sideways?
High pitch?
I mean, the propshaft spins faster (about 4.10 times as fast) than the axles do.

I have changed the whole axles

It's hard to describe the vibration... hehe. I think I'll have to take a little testdrive to try to describe it better.

Wow.. are those new OEM axles?
$$$$
I've never seen blue OEM inboard CV boots.
They were marked L - R .. right?
(IOW you know they are not equal in lenght?)

Long time ago there was a discussion (with Billman250 and me and others) about the alignment of the inboard CV with the outboard CV.
The tripod of the inboard has to be (IIRC!) in overlap with the hexapod outboard CV according to Billman.
You never took the axles apart?

The axles are DSS (Driveshaft Shop) Level 2.9 axles. I have not taken them apart And yes, they are on their correct side (is it even possible to put them on on the wrong side?).
What other things can cause the vibration? Unfortunately I can't testdrive the car now (to better describe the vibration) as it is about 100 miles away from me...

Edit: Btw, thanks a lot for your help and suggestions so far!

Hmmm. I really hope not! I'm supposed to drive 4000km next week... hehe. And how do I check the diff? Also, what part of the diff can cause this? What exactly would be the problem if it is the diff?
