an 04 is actually about right for the pitting by buddy has an 04 bout it new and now has 66k on it was lowered since 5k and now he just got pitting we put a set of t1r spacers on car is good as new. 04 ap2s are prone to have the most problems far as ap2 goes. so i wouldn't doubt that being your problem
