Default Vortech SC delay =(

Just got off the phone with John from Vortech Sales. I asked when the kits would ship to the distributors. He said satin kits mid month, polished end of month. I asked if they were redesigning the kits or just getting all the parts together and he said just getting all the parts in stock and QC'ing them.

Since this came from the "horses mouth." I can only assume for us polished guys it is end of the month OR LATER before we will see it.

Bummer, but it will make it that much sweeter when it comes in right?

I dunno, I might like the satin, either one will be great if it puts out 108 hp!

I got the same info on the Satin kit. They are pushing for shipment this Friday the 12th could be a day or two earlier or early the following week. I have no info on the Polished kits.

They did do a little redesign of the electrical components. Made two components into one component. That part is now the one they are waiting on. They are also still waiting on the install manual to get back from the printers.

This is all info from wednesday the 3rd!!

Sounds good to me. Less wires and such!!

I e-mailed Vortech yesterday and this is what they sent back.

"The product is available for sale now, however the ship date is currently
the end of the month."

I ordered a satin finish, so if you guys are right...I hope to get mine sometime before this month is over with.

240hp stock + 108hp from the Vortech = 348hp smart guy

Oh Yeah ... 240 hp + 108 hp > 300! AND ~200 hp to the ground + 108 hp ~=300!!!
Hey, this is fun. Too bad it's way OT

I hope that the Vortech units ship soon and we can see some 3rd party numbers to compare with the Comptech units already in the field.
