Default Vtec solenoid leaking

Hi i have oil leak at switch on vtec solenoid. I have change out both the upper and gasket with the screen, I also replaced the switch and o ring multiple times and no go. To slow down the leak I used hondabond with the oring. I am I the only one having this problem or is there a special way to install it

Maybe the contact surface of the unit is warped or cracked? You torqueing it down evenly? I don't think you need Hondabond on the o-ring. Surface should seal, as long as it's even and clean. A little oil on the o-ring may help.

Surface is cleaned, oiled the oring I also have three different vtec solonoids and all did the same thing. Without Hondabond during vtec I assume would spray a mist of oil out. I torqued everything to spec it wasn't much. With the hondabond I cleaned and didn't oil anything, it seem to work a little for about two weeks but then I just recheck last night and there is oil on the bottom of the switch. I'll try and get pics but it is for sure coming between the switch and vtec assembly. I don't know what I could be doing wrong it just a oring where it goes into a small groove and the switch which I replaced new
