Any electrical people here know what rosin wire would be good thickness to repair the ECU connections. I want to go over the PCB before this issue causes a permanent short.

Rosin wire, or rosin-filled solder?

This is what I've used for the last 35 years on car electronics, audio, and guitar amps.

I replaced all the gaskets on the TCT earlier this year minus the one on the connector. All fine no debris on the screen. I had just done an oil change so oil level was good. The car runs normal, I can drive it across town leave it idling. Just randomly it will shut off, the car cranks, compression is good. Its either the ECU or a wire somewhere. There are no CELs or pending codes.

Im starting to think its the map sensor I bought a brand new one last year, the old one completely died. It happened again and I tried starting the car with the map sensor unplugged it fired up, misfiring like crazy but it started. Plugged in the map and I have a CEL but the car runs and I know I can start the car with the map disconnected.

Weller WESD51 is my go to. Kind of a staple in terms of soldering irons and is hard to beat in terms of bang for buck. We use that as well as other versions in the lab where I work too. I just have multiple tips for mine and swap them out depending on size needed.

Car won't start now, idk if its the relay, I can hear it click but not hear the pump prime.

Is it likely the pump is dead?

Made it back home before the tow truck. Ordered new pump and relay, how TF do you even get the relay out?!?! I'm almost sure it's the relay, it has all the classic PGM-FI relay symptoms. Car runs a little rough at idle, every now and then at really low throttle I'd get this electrical click stuttering from the engine. Now the car stalls out in traffic, and after a little while the car starts back up again. I'm going to change the fuel pump too because after 23 years it's probably going out too. I tapped the relay with a screwdriver, like a MAP whack, and it made the fuel pump prime. It took a few tries but it fired up long enough to get me home. Not cool being stranded for almost 3hrs.
