Default Weird Throttle Response

Alright guys ive looked around and couldnt find after 15 pages of looking some one with a similar issue im having maybe i was looking up with the wrong key words but for the past couple weeks my car has been acting very strange like when I try to give it gas to pass over or just pick up some speed it very sluggish and when i noticed that i tried to go WOT to see if would pick up but all it would do was just sound like its WOT but not go any where but when i give it a little bit of throttle i would say like an inch or 2 from the top it would pick up faster than WOT and accelerate as if i was giving it gas. So whats wrong here????

Also if im just moving around in slow traffic in gear like 1st or 2nd and not needing to brake the car would stutter hard if i attempt to give it some gas.

sounds sensor related. Possibly the MAP or TPS. I am sure one of the gurus will jump in but check those out, make sure the connections are good.

The turbo pulley may be slipping.

Kidding aside, sounds like a TPS issue to me.

TPS. Get one from OMNI POWER for a b/d/h/f series and dremel the flanges off to make it fit. then clock it correctly and tighten it down.
there should be a DIY for it on here.
