Took off belt again to check pulley and all pulleys spun without anything noticeably bad.I also went ahead and took off valve cover forgot to record/take photos but all retainers and keeper showed no sign of cracking and nothing loose underneath valve cover; spun the crankshaft to see if anything was out of spec or moving (didnt see anything.)
I think it is for sure something that went bad in the block area so yeah that sucks but it was a high mileage motor and I definitely had a lot of fun with it. So now I think its time to save up for new motor just in case.
Most likely rod bearing going out.

Does the oil show any signs of excess metal?

What metals and dirt did the oil analysis indicate?

Final update, Motor is most likely done. The rod bearing is failing and my car is misfiring extremely bad. I can pull oil pan and see for sure if wanted but at a later time if I feel like it.

Time to look for a good used replacement.

I just watched your video now and immediately when I heard the sound I knew it wasn't valve, TCT or chain related but that it sounded like something much worse (rods/bottom end related). Sorry to hear it's a rod failing. Has the engine ever been starved of oil for an extended period of time?

Im not sure about previous owner and how he treated the car but I was actually pretty good with keeping my oil full. Maybe just normal wear?

I don't think rod knock is normal wear — unless the engine has a bazillion miles on it. It's prolly a sudden, critical loss of oil pressure.

What do you think could've caused that? Oil pump possibly? Hard driving that caused starvation?
