Default What is this?

I have a 2004 and I cant figure out what this red thing is? You can see where its spliced into the line from the intake manifold (red tie wraps) and has "Sage Power" on it along with something in Japanese. Any ideas? Sorry, cant figure out how to post the picture so please click on the link.

The only description I could find was on some Kazakhstan site

Twin Power Intake Booster System
Manufacturer : Sage Racing
List Price : $144.00

Car Make : Universal Fit for All cars
Specifications : Choice of Blue, Red, Silver

This is a brand new Latest Sage Racing Twin Power Intake Booster System.
It acts like a second air intake, also great for those with idling problems,it gives additional air to maintain constant idling, this taps direct to your inlet manifold and supply air to your inlet manifold while your butterfly is closed. This is a highly efficient fully adjustable non-electronic component which can generate greater overall horsepower, improve torque response and enchace the lifespan of all the spark plugs.
You can adjust better suction by using the manifold pressurised air.
Easy DIY bolt on, universal fit, just bolt this onto your present air intake system.
Item is in brand new mint condition. Choice of anodised colors, chrome, red, blue.
Get this awesome cheap upgrade.
