Default what can i use to patch?!

so the question is, whats a good patch to use to patch up a small tear right underneath my soft top latches..they are small but i could see sunlight through it..i guess it rubs onto the latch and the friction made it thin and finally tore as it ages..thanks for all the help..

I got a tear next to my left latch. You can get soft top cloth material from honda.

86321-S2A-003 CLOTH, TOP (300X300) (BLACK)(SERVICE) around $20-25

You can use it to patch. I have tried patching from the inside with GOOP and it lasted about a year or so. The goop gets soft and the patch unravels after awhile. The 2nd time I put GOOP and patched on the outside and had my girl stitch the edges with thread, but the thread absorbs water and would have some water drops come in. You can probably to a combination of GOOP and then stitch it on with waxed thread so it repels water.
