What to consider when lowered?

Default What to consider when lowered?

ok i got my espelir springs...ordered motor klasse shaft spacers (due to issues with cv on the ap1's)...will have them all installed in the spring and then i will go to alignment...I wanted to make sure if iam doing the right things? ...please correct me if there is anything else i need to do...to have a proper lowered car..thank you

Umm.

Install.
Alignment (should include adjusting toe/camber)

and I believe you are good to go.

Get Koni Yellow shocks? It will help in the long run.

Shocks are always good. But the stocks aren't bad either, on a small drop. It can always be replaced later.

car in the sig is a 71' skyline gtr

stretching before getting into the car and pre-stretching to make sure you don't pull anything when you get out of the car?

yea the koni yellows are great shocks...but right now i got 2 sets of shocks so after the first set blow...i'll consider koni's...so it seems like iam good to go....no more suggestions guys?

well for example i just recently found out about the drive shaft spacers...and that seems like a must if you lower the car...so you don't get vibrations from the drive shaft stretching....so i was just looking if there is anymore of these must thing to do for a lowered car

To be honest even I haven't installed the spacers.. and been driving lowered for almost 4 years now without any probs.

yea i know...iam just doing it to be on the safe side...it all depends on how you drive...where you drive..etc...what are you dropped on?
