Default What difference will a 50 shot make?

My local speed shop is going to do an install of nitrous for me. The kit i've chosen is a direct port nitrous express setup, tuned for a gain of 50rwhp. I chose this setup as it seems like the safest way to get get "easy" hp and most importantly torque. Anyone have any experience with a 50shot? I'm not making a drag car, but i am looking to make a more respectable 1/4 time. With i/e, and 18'' wheels i'm running 14s, from 14flat to 14.3 What difference will the nitrous make??? Also, at the same time i plan on upgrading my gears to 4.44 I would like to see low 13's. Any thoughts. Oh... don't tell me to buy a supra, camaro, or vette, i like the car i have Thnx,

Brandon

if u run 13's in a convertible, at a NHRA track, they shouldnt alow you to run again till u get a Roll Bar.

one reason i have not modded the S2k for drag racing, i dont want a roll bar in my daily driver

No offence man, but what did you expect with a 130 shot. I don't flame, but you have this coming!! 130?!!?!?!? You pm'd me a while back, at least i think you did. Wasn't yours a 130 DRY shot with NO fuel to enrich the mixture. I'm suprised it took a single spray. Thats a lot, lot different from a 50shot properly tuned on a dyno.

Wow...

I had a zez 55 shot on my car for a few days. I ran maybe 1/4 bottle through it and I decided that I was scared everytime I was squeezing, so it was not worth the stress it put on me . So I bought a supercharger instead.....
