Valvoline SynPower 10w-30 the best synthetic oil you can get from a retail store. It is dyno tested to actually improve performance(Super Street). The engine definately runs better and faster with it in there. I raced my friends VR-4 before the oil, and after the oil and the change was dramatic! Defintely recommend it.

Mobile 1 syn...but I have a buddy that got me Valvoline Synpower Racing Formula (not for retail sales). That going in next just to try it out, plus i'll be autocrossing alot more.

Amsoil 10W 30. Car feels smoother, revs easier, either that or it is all in my head.

I wouldn't trust super street for information as their "opinion" is heavily biased by their advertisement, the same goes with many other magazines that do "tests." Oil is oil, you just need to change it frequently if it's off the shelf non-synthetic and if it's synthetic, you can run it longer with out worrying about the oil breaking down.

btw, I use redline.

Changed Oil Today...
I'm back to Royal Purple DR21 again...

The FEO Honda Type-R Oil and the Elf semi-syhthetic was not as smooth as RP...
