Default what is this part?!

The other day I took off my rear endlinks and noticed that on one side of the car, there was a round metal plate between the lower control arm and the bolt that threads onto the endlink. can't find it online and can't find it at the dealership. anyone know the part number for this thing?! thanks!

Hmm, odd. Might not be an OEM Honda part... Has anybody else, perhaps a former owner, did some aftermarket stuff?

LOL. That's what I thought too, but it seemed so ridiculous to find one attached to a sway bar that I didn't say anything.
