Is this on an S2000? That's a balljoint boot, but no ball joint is held on with screws on the S as far as I know.

+1. I looked at my old ball joints and I was going to say that until I saw the screws (!)

Also holy moly... My ball joint boot cover wasn't even cracked, and it was making squeaky mattress spring noise on every single bump -- how is yours even driveable in that condition??

I barely drive it right now maybe once every two weeks. Where would be a good place to get a ball joint online?

Does your other side also have a screw, or a bolt? Check this site for DIY/photos:

Majestic Honda (http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/) for OEM parts -- I bought both my front ball-joints (AP1) a few weeks ago for about $65 each.

You'll also need new pins since yours are rusted out (94201-30220 -- $0.14/each), and of course the bolts!

I rented the ball-joint remover tool from Autozone [for free].

FYI, if you have a Honda dealer nearby, check to see if the parts department will price-match Majestic (so you can save on shipping).

You can either:
-Look on the arm to find out what type of camber kit it is. Then order a ball joint or ball joint boot.
-Buy 2 OEM Honda arms. Used or new.

Awesome thanks for the help everyone. Im thinking about just ordering the complete control arms for each side. Just cant debate between going back to OEM or trying out the Megan Racing control arms.

That looks like an aftermarket upper control arm..very similar to the Megans.

If you don't need the adjustments then I'd recommend going back to OEM.

Yeah i will probably end up going with the oem then. Im going to get the two upper arm sets and than the oem ball joints to go with them. Cant wait to notice the difference. Owner before me never cared about working on the suspension
