/\ im takin it back today, the service manager has an s2k, if that fails, then general manager. I already called honda and filled a complaint. Oh, and I printed out the Magnusson-Moss Act
Yeah but they keep trying to tell me, that is the problem. Like I would say, you need atleast 6 hours cooling time. They would say in our manual it says 2 hours. etc.
The time shouldnt matter....ultimately the issue is the temp and this is what the 00-03 service manual says about temp.
Time would just be a function of how long the car was driven, in what environment, and where it was being cooled down at. Granted, I'm sure there is a pretty good ballpark figure, I dont think many manuals would state a time for the fact of all the variables.
But....if it was 2 hours turn around time...I really dont think that would be close to 100F or lower as it states in the manual. My car is warm (almost hot) hours after I have let it sit with the hood open in my garage...
awesome thanks dudes!! another thing to print!! It was driven straight from work. Work to the dealer is roughly 30 miles. It was june when I got it done, so around 90+ degrees out.
