Default What Supertech springs to buy?

Guys, I'm looking to upgrade my cylinder head with supertech components and when looking at the springs I see that there are 3 different models for our application. So,I was wondering why they have 3 models and what PN should I choose for F22c force induction? Also do you think I should replace the valves with SS units or stay with the stock'ers if they are Ok.?

This are the units available from Stech:

SPR-H1021D 30mm 21.8mm 21.3mm 15.5mm 95@40.40 253@12 17.7mm 22.7mm 13.2mm
SPR-H1022D 29mm 21.8mm 21mm 15.5 80@40.4 215@12 18.30mm 22mm 11.2mm
SPR-H1020D 30mm 21.8mm 21.3mm 15.5mm 100@40.4 268@12 14.4mm 26mm 13.2mm

don't know about what's the righ spring rate - but if get dual spring don't forget to buy also spring seat (they call it "locator").
for some strange reason Supertech, unlike most other manufacturers, don't include seats in their kits.
